It is with great sadness that we share the untimely passing of Ronnie Rawlins, 64, and Anthony Hoover, 63, both of Richmond, Kentucky, who tragically lost their lives in an apparent drowning incident at Wilgreen Lake on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.
